Suggested Use

Adult Dosage: As a work out supplement, take 2 teaspoons 2 times per day. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. For urinary tract health take 1 teaspoon once daily. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, ect.) immediately before consumption.
