Stress-Relax Serenity Formula combines the adaptogenic properties of Sensoril™ ashwagandha, Siberian ginseng, and rhodiola with soothing lavender extract, to temporarily reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. It helps relieve mental fatigue, sensation of weakness, sleeplessness, irritability, and inability to concentrate due to stress. 

Ashwagandha is used traditionally in Ayurveda to improve mental and physical performance after periods of exertion. It is also used as a tonic to relieve general debility and support recovery from the effects of issues such as illness, poor nutrition, pollution, and heavy exercise. Suggested Use

Recommended adult dose: 1–2 capsules 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
