Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 full dropper 1 time per day. Take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For best results, drop under tongue, hold for 30 seconds and then swallow. Shake well before use.

Warning
