MSM from Naka Platinum provides 1800mg of Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) per 1/2 teaspoon, an essential nutrient that that has been clinically proven to reduce inflammation in a number of different therapeutic applications (including arthritis, IBS, injuries, and autoimmune disorders). MSM is often combined with other joint support nutrients such as Chondroitin, Glucosamine and Collagen Type II to maximize the benefit to joint health. Interestingly, many of these supplements are beneficial for moderate to severe joint pain, whereas MSM is most beneficial with mild to moderate joint pains. Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1/2 teaspoon or 1/2 scoop 1-3 times daily in juice or other favourite liquid. Avoid taking at bedtime. Take with food.
